Web Design, Development

any.do is a productivity app that helps users manage their tasks, to-do lists, and calendars. It is available for mobile and desktop devices and offers features such as reminders, recurring tasks, and collaboration tools.

The Challenge

The client needed to update the existing website to showcase the entire array of solutions and integrations offered by their do-do list app and drive downloads. Additionally, multi-languages implementation was another requirement, needed to provide content translation in over 10 languages.

The Approach

Working in collaboration with Any.do we conducted user research, performed a content audit, and developed a new information architecture. At the same time we developed a modern visual style guide, and focused on creating a responsive design.

Design System

Any.do had some striking brand elements which we wanted to ensure were thoughtfully incorporated into the design of their main product.

COMPONENTS

Using flexible components as building blocks, we’ve built the website in a way that allows Any.do the flexibility to create page templates and engaging content while maintaining consistency. Certain components offer various styling and color choices, providing additional flexibility and creative expression within the brand's diverse color palette.

DESKTOP LAYOUTS

The content elements on the desktop layout were positioned to maximize the use of space and provide a clear hierarchy of information.

CONTENT RESPONSIVENESS

The website was designed to be responsive, adapting seamlessly to different screen sizes and resolutions. Tests were performed on different devices to ensure that it looks good and functions properly on all screen sizes.

THE RESULT

The sustained efforts and attention to details in all aspects resulted in a modern and visually appealing layout with very organized content architecture, all of which generated an increase in user engagement of Any.do app.
